A few of the stories from know how tv

I Drove 800 Miles to Sturgis Alone

What started as a solo 800-mile trip to cover the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally became one of Know How TV's biggest stories yet.

Nicole traveled to Sturgis alone with a camera and no production crew, documenting the people, culture and unexpected experiences she encountered along the way. The resulting documentary connected far beyond Know How TV's existing audience, earning 230,000+ views in just 11 days.

It's a perfect example of what Know How TV does best: go where the story is, talk to real people, and bring the audience along for whatever happens next.

I Sat Down with Han From Fast & Furious. What Happened Next Wasn't What I Expected.

Most people know Sung Kang as Han from Fast & Furious. I got the chance to sit down with the man behind the character.

With hundreds of fans waiting outside, Sung and I talked about drift culture, failure, finding where you belong, and the 31-year journey that finally put him in the director's chair.

It's exactly what Know How TV is built around: getting past the famous name and finding the story people haven't heard.

Jon Kosmoski: The Man Who Changed Custom Paint Forever-House of Kolor Founder

Jon "Koz" Kosmoski didn't just build House of Kolor. He helped change custom automotive culture.

Starting in his mother's basement, Jon taught himself chemistry, developed groundbreaking custom paint formulas, and built House of Kolor into one of the most recognized names in the industry.

For Know How TV, I sat down with Jon for a deeply personal conversation about the failures, risks and breakthroughs behind his remarkable story, including stories rarely shared publicly.

Story-first: What happens when a car girl walks into a Harley shop?

From Cars to Chrome: Rolling Thunder is a documentary-style series following Nicole Elise as she trades four wheels for two — walking into an independent Harley repair shop with zero motorcycle experience and a camera rolling. No script. No safety net. Just a self-taught mechanic learning a new craft in real time, alongside the kind of no-nonsense shop guys who don't hand out compliments easy.

Every episode pulls back the curtain on real shop culture — the tools, the tension, the breakthroughs, and the moments that don't go according to plan. Rolling Thunder isn't about being perfect. It's about showing up, getting your hands dirty, and earning your place at the bench. If you've ever wanted to know what it actually looks like inside a working Harley shop — the good days, the frustrating ones, and everything in between — this is the series for you.

Ryan Evans — The Artist Behind the Paint Forty minutes with one of the most gifted automotive painters and airbrush artists in the world — and a conversation I'll never forget.

Ryan Evans, known to millions as the master painter from Counting Cars and Count's Kustoms, is one of the most talented artists I've ever had the privilege of interviewing.

Growing up in Germany, Ryan was surrounded by extraordinary art and craftsmanship, experiences that helped shape the obsessive attention to detail behind his work today. In our conversation, we talked about those early influences, his relationship with House of Kolor and Jon Kosmoski, and the relentless standard he brings to every project.

But what impressed me most wasn't the TV résumé or the talent. It was the person behind it. Ryan was genuine, humble, hilarious, and someone I'm now lucky enough to call a friend.

This is exactly the story Know How TV exists to tell: the person behind the work.

Dr. Todd Moran & the 1941 Ford A radical custom built from grief, love, and a photograph he never saw...until it was too late.

After his father passed away, Todd discovered a photograph of a 1950 Buick his dad once owned, a car Todd had never known existed. Inspired by that connection, he set out to create a custom of his own, turning the build into a rolling tribute to his father's memory.

Even the Eye of Ra in the rear window carries meaning, representing protection and watchfulness.

It's exactly why Know How TV exists: sometimes the most extraordinary part of a build isn't what you're looking at. It's the story that put it on the road.
